DRIVING INNOVATION IN OUTDOOR SPORTS

Andorra Business, in partnership with Global Sport Innovation Center Powered by Microsoft (GSIC) and the support of SPSG Consulting are launching the third edition of the Andorra Sports Scale-Up Program, to select a third cohort of the best sport-tech companies in Andorra, and globally, and help them in their internationalization and expansion processes.
GOALS AND BENEFITS OF THE PROGRAM
To identify the most promising sport solutions that can help improve the sports industry, with potential for scalability and internationalization.
The program will focus on the sports ecosystem in Andorra, naturally connected to outdoor sports.
The three finalists will have the opportunity to access the three-month program and all its contents, sessions, support network, and activities.
Finalists will acquire key industry knowledge from opinion leaders: Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Internationalization in the sports industry, Andorra's Ecosystem, Marketing & Sales, Business model, strategy, finances, etc.

about the HUB
Established in 2019, the Hub brings together the expertise and strategic objectives of Andorra Business and Andorra Research+Innovation, specifically focused on the country’s sports industry – establishing as core sport areas winter, mountain, and cycling. It seeks to position Andorra’s sports innovation, business, and tourism industries on the global stage. This has been implemented through content, participation at international fairs and congresses, conversation groups and events, startup and scaleup challenges, and technical reports, among many other activities.

Andorra Research & Innovation is a private foundation whose mission is to generate knowledge and develop innovative solutions to respond to current and future challenges. It is a model based on the synergy of four areas and two transfer vectors:

It also manages the Andorra Living Lab, a space for innovation projects to be tested, at a country scale.
OUR IMPACT
Since 2019, the Andorra Sports Innovation hub (ASIH) has contributed to global sports innovation through its activities, events, and projects.
Over 90.000 impressions in its digital content from sports industry professionals evidence the interest of the industry in the Hub.
The ASIH has successfully mentored several sports startups in their annual Startup and Scale-up challenges.
